2、具有安全生产许可证（有效期内）；
3、拟派项目负责人具有市政公用工程专业二级及其以上注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书，且未担任其他在建的建设工程项目的项目负责人；
4、业绩要求：无；
5、其他要求：无。        

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Possessing a first-class or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works construction; 2. Possess a valid work safety license; 3. The proposed project leader should hold a second-level or higher registered constructor professional qualification in municipal public works, possess a valid certificate of qualification for safety production assessment, and not be concurrently serving as the project leader of any other ongoing construction project. 4. Performance requirements: None; 5. Other requirements: None.
